Shared- Decision Making Committee

The Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) at Woodson Leadership Academy is a collaborative advisory group that brings together administrators, teachers, staff, parents, community members, and business representatives to improve student achievement and strengthen our school community.

This committee works in alignment with Texas Education Code §11.251 and Houston ISD policy to ensure that campus decisions reflect the needs of all stakeholders.
